Worker's Rights Workshop: Filing a Wage Complaint

This program will train nonprofit professionals, students, union organizers, community members, and other non-attorney advocates how to recover earned wages through the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) administrative process.  Participants will learn about the wage theft problem in our state, the passage of the Colorado Wage Protection Act of 2014, and implementation of that Act at the CDLE.  Participants will then receive hands-on training on how to file a wage theft claim with the CDLE, along with practical tips on how best to file a claim.
